3. Booking and Payment

4. Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds

5. Changes to Booking
If you need to change pickup time, location, route, or number of passengers, you must inform us as soon as possible. Any change may incur extra charges. We will attempt to accommodate changes but are not always guaranteed to do so.
6. Responsibilities & Conduct

- Be ready at agreed pickup time and place.
- Follow rules of conduct (no smoking, no illegal or hazardous goods, etc.).
- Respect the vehicle and the chauffeur. Any damage caused may incur charges.
- Our Responsibilities
- We will provide a licensed, insured chauffeur and a suitable vehicle.
- We will make every reasonable effort to be on time.
- We will maintain vehicle safety, cleanliness, and comfort.
- We will protect your personal data as per our Privacy Policy.
7. Insurance & Liability
- Our services are covered by commercial insurance up to the limits required by law (or as advertised).
- We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from unforeseeable events (force majeure, weather, road conditions, traffic, etc.).
- Our liability is limited to direct damages up to the total fare paid for that service, unless otherwise required by law.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle. You must notify us promptly if you believe you left something behind.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, pandemics, road closures, etc.).
9. Intellectual Property
